How To Use - KEY STEPS:

1. Fold the cuffs & roll them down to at least 1/3 folded
2. Pull them up past the knee joint and then roll the folded section above the knee joint 
3. Position so the sleeve sits evenly above and below the kneecap
4. Use during heavy squats and maximal lower-body lifts
5. Remove after training to allow circulation to return

• These sleeves are extremely stiff with minimal stretch
• Much tighter than standard neoprene sleeves with minimal stretch
• Choose the sizing as close as possible to your measurements. 
• These sleeves are not yet IPF approved. Always check federation rules before competing
• These sleeves measure an extended 30cm in height. 
• They may take 1-2 sessions to slightly loosen and wear in.
