Adjust the cable length to suit your height before your first session. Grip the handles lightly, keep elbows close to the body, and let the ball bearing rotation do the work. Use for warm-ups, conditioning blocks, or skill work.
Thread the cable through the handle and use the adjustment screw to lock it at your preferred length. A mini screwdriver is included in the box for this. As a starting point, stand on the middle of the rope and the handles should reach your armpits.
Best used on smooth, flat surfaces like a gym floor, rubber mat, or outdoors on tarmac. Avoid rough concrete or abrasive surfaces as these will wear the cable faster.
